The 90-Day PMP Exam Prep Program is designed to provide a structured, engaging, and results-driven approach to help professionals achieve PMP certification within 90 days. This program blends expert-led instruction, study groups, practice exams, and accountability measures to ensure participants stay on track and pass the PMP exam with confidence.
Our unique approach combines live instructor-led sessions, peer-supported study groups, structured assignments, and milestone-based practice exams, ensuring that participants not only understand the material but also develop the test-taking strategies necessary for success. By committing to this program, participants will be guided through the complexities of project management concepts while having the support and structure needed to stay motivated.
Program Overview
1. Students will participate in the PMP Foundations 2-month study group before coming to your PMP Boot Camp.
2. Students will complete their application prior to the start of the PMP bootcamp
3. The students will attend a 3.5-day PMP Bootcamp
4. Students will take a 4-hour PMP Mock exam on day 4 of the bootcamp
5. After the boot camp, students will continue to use PMI Study Hall for taking more practice exams prior to taking the real PMP exam for reinforcement
6. Students will schedule to take the PMP within 30 days after boot camp.

Qualifications To Take The Exam:
The only qualification needed to take the course is the desire to want to want to learn more about the discipline of project management. However, if your sole purpose for taking the PMP Certification training is to prep for the PMP exam, please see below for the requirements.
Qualification for those who have earned a Bachelors degree and above:
- 36 Months of experience leading projects
- 35 Hours of Project Management Training
