A. Course Fee Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please review our refund policy below:
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund (excluding the $99 PMI material fee and less the non-refundable credit card processing fee), you must request the refund at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Partial Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days but more than 3 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund (excluding the $99 PMI material fee and less the non-refundable credit card processing fee).
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued if the request is made 2 days or less before the course start date.
B. PMI Material Fee
The $99 PMI material fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the cost of PMI-provided materials, which are required for the course.
C. Credit Card Processing Fee
All refunds are issued less the non-refundable credit card processing fee charged at the time of your original payment. This fee is typically between 2.9% – 3.5% of the total transaction amount, depending on your payment method.
D. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your full name, course details, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.
E. Course Cancellation by Provider
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the provider, you will receive a full refund, including the $99 PMI material fee and any credit card processing fees.
