The PMI PMO-CP (PMO Certified Practitioner) is a certification from the Project Management Institute for professionals who lead, manage, or work within Project Management Offices. It validates your ability to build and run a PMO that delivers measurable business value.
How is PMO-CP different from the PMP?
The PMP certifies your ability to manage individual projects. The PMO-CP certifies your ability to lead a Project Management Office, including strategy alignment, governance design, portfolio oversight, and organizational transformation.
